- 1 bunch collard greens, thoroughly washed
- 1 head Napa cabbage
- 12 ounces snow peas
- 1 red bell pepper
- 6 scallions
- Apple Cider Vinegar Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon powdered ginger (optional)
