Refund Policy

90-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - DVDs
Our DVD return period lasts 90 days. If you try it for 90 days and are not satisfied, you can return the DVDs to us and request a refund. All DVD refunds are subject to a restocking fee of $5.99.  Shipping fees are refundable only under specific conditions, as described below:

  • If your order was shipped via free, standard or economy shipping, you will be refunded the total amount paid minus a $5.99 restocking fee.
  • If the order was shipped via Speedy, USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express, the refund amount is the total amount paid - [ $5.99 restocking fee + shipping ]. We do not refund shipping charges on Speedy, Priority or Express orders.

 

DIGITAL VIDEOS - STREAMING / DOWNLOADS

Platform Purple is our official digital video partner. If you would like a refund for your digital video download, you may contact Platform Purple directly (support@platformpurple.com) or you may contact us and we will forward the refund request to the Platform Purple support staff and they will process the refund.


NO REFUNDS on Music, Online Training Courses or MealEasy plans
We do not offer refunds on music downloads or MealEasy plans. Due to the resources required to maintain our online course system, registrations for our online training courses are also non-refundable.


APPAREL
Returns or refunds on apparel must be processed according to the written instructions included in your package. Returns must be sent to the address listed in the package or they cannot be processed. We advise purchasing a tracking number for any merchandise over $15.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved for a DVD refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus a shipping & handling fee of $5.99 will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS (Live Classes Only):
Live Class participants may request a full refund of a course fee up to 60 days prior to the course date. If the cancellation notice is received within 60 days of the course date, the participant will be issued a credit in the amount of the fee paid which may then be applied to any future course or merchandise from Shazzy Fitness.com – unfortunately since we must incur many expenses to host our classes, we are unable to process any refund requests within 60 days of the registered course date.

If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment or hazardous weather conditions beyond our control, we will issue a full refund to all registered participants upon request.

Instructor Training - Online

Due to the resources required to maintain our online course system, registration fees for our online training courses are non-refundable.

 

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

For issues or questions regarding your digital download or streaming purchase, please email our technical support team directly at suppport@platformpurple.com and they will respond within 24 hours (usually much sooner).


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer.service at shazzyfitness dot com.

EXCHANGES
We gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer.service at shazzyfitness dot com and send your item to: Shazzy Fitness 3225 Hemlock Street Rockingham, VA 22801-5304

SHIPPING **Returns that are shipped to us without an email approval from us will not be processed.**
1. To return your product, you should first email us at customer.service at shazzyfitness.com in order to determine if you are eligible for a refund and to receive a unique refund approval number.
2. If your refund request is approved, you should then mail your product to:

3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are only refundable in cases of product defects. If you receive a refund for any other reason, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
5. If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
