Dance Move #3: Vera Shuffle
Here's a little move that we like to call the Vera Shuffle. Its a fun mixture of lunges and squats that you can take out dancing. Get those glutes working and try it out! Let us know how it goes!

"This is a move that I learned from Vera. You can see it in her DVD but I kind of renamed it (shhhh don't tell her. That will be our little secret). To get this move started squat down like you’re about to run with one foot in front of the other. Then, simply add a little bounce and switch those feet back and forth. Again you're working the quads. In the video we get a little switch, switch, and double bounce action - check it out."
