Apollo’s description of the move:
"For me it's always fun to take a dance from any culture and add it to your dance repertoire. This one is going to require three different hand and arm positions, but don’t worry, it’s easy to do. Go down in a squat position, as you explode up shift you left foot behind the right and reach your arms all the way to the ceiling at the same time.
Immediately go back to squat position and repeat the step, this time shifting the right foot behind the left and again lifting those arms. Here's where it gets fun.
Repeat the squat position, but this time as you go from side to side instead of lifting up with your arms, just bring your hands up to touch the chest. Then finally as you repeat the squat position for the final round swing your left arm back towards the wall with a small twist of the body and then with the right arm.
Trust me once you get it you will have a blast."
