Stronger 2017 - Mind Body Spirit Online Challenge by Shazzy FitnessAs you know, the Shazzy Fitness STRONGER 21-Day Mind-Body-Spirit Challenge begins January 9, 2017.

Over the next few days, we wanted to share a few tips that we believe will bless your life and prepare you for the challenge mentally and spiritually:

Tip #1 - Set aside time for daily prayer. Prayer is the foundation for success in every area of our lives.

  • Pray for wisdom and understanding.
  • Pray for clarity.
  • Pray for endurance.

Ask yourself, what is my motivation for joining this challenge?

As you begin this challenge, ask God to reveal to you “your why”. Knowing your motivation will allow you to open your heart to the possibilities of a STRONGER 2017.
