June was certainly a big month for us. We had been blessed with the opportunity to minister through song and dance at the National United Methodist Youth Conference in Orlando, Florida (http://www.youth2015.org).
The past 30 days has been a whirlwind for us. The 3 of us - myself, Vera and Apollo - lead what many would refer to as insanely busy lives. Apollo and Vera both have very active careers outside of Shazzy Fitness, and it is only by God's grace that we are always somehow able to find a way to get our schedules in sync when necessary.
